Civil Engineer

As a key member of the team, you will serve as the vital link across various engineering assurance tasks within your discipline. Work is delivered in collaboration with partners, and your responsibility will be to ensure all required information and input is provided to deliver the work safely, cost-effectively, and on schedule. You’ll represent our client as part of their OE or EPCm team.

You are comfortable with – or at least familiar with – the following:
- Managing and leading engineering work to ensure compliance with codes, standards, regulations, equipment specifications, and process equipment operating targets.
- Acting as an active link between design and construction teams.
- Following up on design and construction progress within your area of responsibility.
- Monitoring KPIs.
- Tracking change orders and non-conformities.
- Ensuring and improving quality standards.
- Being a proactive and collaborative team player.
What You Bring:
- A relevant technical education and strong competence in civil/structural engineering.
- Previous project experience with Scandinavian codes and standards.
- Background in process industries, preferably in oil & gas or mining & metals.
- Field experience in construction.
- Proficiency in English; Swedish is an advantage.
- Residency in (or a valid work permit for) Finland or Sweden.

Work rotation model:
- 5 weeks on-site
- 2 weeks at your home office
- 1 week off (vacation)
